Rag Rug Springtime Wreath

♥ this full day course will give you a gentle introduction to the art of prodded rag rug techniques. 
♥ as well as teaching you the basic prodded rag rug method you will be shown how to make a heart , hare or bird for the centre of your wreath as well as how to finish off your wreath.
♥ all the tools will be available for you to use during the course and there will be plenty of different fabrics for you to try out on the day too, although if you want to make a specific colour scheme you might like to bring some fabrics to mix in.
♥ all hessian , wreath ring , felt etc is supplied to enable you to finish your wreath in time for a lovely Easter display.

Crochet Bird Decoration
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

♥ this is a creative crochet workshop suitable for intermediate crocheters. 
♥ Lucy will teach you how to make her sweet little crochet bird, with a decorated hoop to turn the bird into a hanging mobile.
♥ you will need to be confident with working double crochet stitch, including basic increase and decrease stitches. You will also need to be able to follow a written pattern, although Lucy will be there to guide you through each step.  
♥ some basic embroidery skills will be useful, but not essential.
♥ materials will be provided to make one bird and one hoop. 
♥ you will need to bring a basic crochet kit with you : 3.5mm hook, scissors and a darning needle.
